　　“百日冲刺”行动以“千方百计拓岗位 提速增效促就业”为主题，通过开展“就业促进周”等六大行动，精准拓展就业岗位，持续优化指导服务，引导帮助有就业意愿但尚未落实就业去向的毕业生积极求职，全力促进2024届高校毕业生高质量充分就业。

　　一是开展“就业促进周”聚力行动。各地各高校集中组织大规模校园招聘、政策宣传、访企拓岗、供需对接、重点帮扶、征兵动员、成果宣介等主题活动，加快推动2024届高校毕业生就业工作进程。

　　二是开展“访企拓岗”提质行动。持续深入开展“高校书记校长访企拓岗促就业专项行动”，有针对性地拓展市场性就业岗位。高校领导班子立足毕业生求职需求，组织形式多样的校企供需对接活动，想方设法为毕业生开拓就业新空间。二级院系领导班子结合学科专业特点，足质足量开拓专业相关性强、人岗匹配度高的就业岗位。各地结合高校学科专业布局和企业用人需求，按区域、按行业组团访企拓岗。加强新开拓岗位的归集整理和精准推送，按生、按岗建立信息库，持续跟踪调查招聘达成度，提升岗位利用率。

　　三是开展校园招聘增效行动。依托国家大学生就业服务平台集中开展“24365校园招聘服务”系列专场招聘，持续加强就业岗位的互联共享和精准推送，举办“全国中小企业网上百日招聘高校毕业生”“民营企业招聘月”等招聘活动。各地举办区域性、行业性、联盟性线上线下专场招聘活动。各高校持续开展“万企进校园”活动，加大对中小企业进校招聘的开放力度，为用人单位和毕业生提供直播带岗、网上宣讲、远程面试及就业信息个性化订阅等服务，提升校园招聘实效。

　　四是开展公共部门招录加速行动。各地加快党政机关、事业单位等公共部门和国有企业岗位招录(聘)进程，各高校抓紧推进专升本、第二学士学位等升学考试。组织实施第五季“国聘行动”，加大科研助理岗位开发力度。集中宣传“特岗计划”“三支一扶”“西部计划”“大学生乡村医生专项计划”等基层服务项目，积极开拓基层就业岗位，健全支持激励体系。加大征兵宣传和军队文职人员政策宣介，健全支持激励体系，配合做好兵员征集工作。

　　五是开展就业指导服务优化行动。国家大学生就业服务平台播出系列“互联网+就业指导”公益直播课。各地各高校组织开展就业育人主题教育活动，通过形势政策讲座、党团组织活动、带生访企等形式，引导毕业生树立正确的择业观、就业观。畅通毕业生沟通反馈渠道，密切关注毕业生就业进展和求职诉求。加强就业安全教育，帮助毕业生防范“黑中介”“招聘付费”等就业陷阱，会同有关部门依法严厉打击招聘欺诈、恶意解约、“培训贷”等违规违法行为，切实维护毕业生权益。
